Why One Should Never Get ISSISS is one of the worst punishments ever. Whoever conjured it must have been a mastermind when it came to torturing his/her captives. It’s far worse than being paddled or having one’s hands slapped with a ruler.                     For centuries, people have had to live with ADD, ADHD, and just plain, old short attention spans. For those suffering with any of the aforementioned “disorders” (as they have been deemed), ISS is the absolute worst punishment imaginable. A person is expected to sit still for eight hours. Hello, Shelene (woundedsprite). I am a new member/subscriber to deviantart and i am yet to submit any of my work. I have read a small collection of you poems and i am quite impressed, i too am 14 (soon to be 15, Dec 27th) and write poetry however, i get so confused when i write and find that my finished peices are of no comparission to those around me. I feel as though inside my mind lives a small man, an office clerk surrounded by thousands of filling cabinets each one containing numerous amounts of my thoughts, but this clerk is either stoned, drunk or dead because he is not very good at his job. None of the files are in order. I suppose what i am trying to say is i am on a search to find my muse and i wish for us to commune about methods of writing or what things from my life i should include in my poems.
